Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Zanzibar Traditional cooking class! I’m happy to have you, and we look forward to cooking with you. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Introduction: By signing up and or making a payment for our cooking class, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract. These terms apply to all activities in which the booking participant or guardian engages during the applicable activities. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before signing up and making your payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class by email at traditionalcooking21 @yahoo.com at least 7 days prior to the event date. This is the only way a refund will be issued.
To transfer your reservation to someone else, please notify by email Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class at least 7 days in advance.
To move your reservation to another date, please email Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class at least 7 days before the event date. Requests made after this period will not be honored, nor will refunds be given.
A 25% deposit for the cooking class must be paid once date and time has been confirmed to secure a spot for the event.
The remaining balance must be paid when we meet the day of cooking class.
Release of Liability: By signing up and making a payment for a class, you release Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class and its employees, from any liabilities that may occur for you/your party/minor while participating in any Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class activities.

Liability and Safety:

Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. However, culinary activities have inherent risks that may result in injury or illness. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. Use of sharp or hot equipment is at the participant’s own risk. Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class is not liable for injuries incurred during a cooking classes.
Participants are responsible of informing the instructor of any food allergies or dietary restrictions, either at the time of registration or at least one week prior to the class by emailing traditionalcooking21@yahoo.com so they can be properly accommodated.
Photography and Media Release:

Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class reserves the right to take photographs and video recordings during any of our activities for promotional or commercial purposes without fee to the participant(s).
By participating, you assign all rights, title, and interest in any media in which your likeness might be used for Zanzibar Traditional Cooking Class promotional and commercial purposes.
If you do not wish for your photographs or videos to be used for commercial purposes due to privacy or safety concerns, please inform the instructor before the class.
Code of Conduct

Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
 Amendments

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
By registering for a cooking class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are registering a class on behalf of a group, you acknowledge that the terms and conditions apply to all of the participants in your party.
